WP3 wont run

DL WP3, installed it, chose connection. Then when I tried to run wireplay dialled out ok then sat there and didn't do anything. A couple of minutes later a dialogue box came up saying "Programme had performed an illegal operation". Any ideas? Is this common?

The server was down most of last night and should be working fine now. Post a message on this thread which I shall keep an eye on.
