wp3 error: account does not exist?

I keep getting this pop-up error message. I've tried registering a new account, and re-installed wp3(new one).
no success. I know its probably something really simple...hellllppp!!

Eh account problems. We have had a couple of problems withe he server side of Wireplay 3. When you registered your new Wireplay 3 account did you recieve an e-mail from the registration database saying that your account had been successfully registered.

If you did not this means that your account was not processed correctly. Please remember that the user name and password are case sensitive.

If you are still having problems then post a message back. We know that there is nt a problem with registration. However we are constantly wishing to improove our service so if there is anything you feel we can improove please tell us.

also m8, if ur trying to register your old name from wp2.3 that might be causing the prob, alot of peeps have forgotten their passy from 2.3 and so cant register their old names - coz we have reserved them all for u :)
