Well Germany played far the better football in the bad conditions,everyone has high expectations of what England will do and as usual they never pull it off.Voller said in pre match that he was gonna send his team out not too lose, so all knew what Germany was gonna do,but to have 58% of the ball in first half shows you that England were crap as usual.

Really need to show people like Seaman,Adams,Keown,Le Saux,Nevell the door and bring in players like Martyn Woodgate,Bowyer,Smith,Barry,Cole and Dyer and try and make a team out of them.

I have got to admit that the performance shown by Germany was not great, but it was definately an improvement from Euro 2000.

The only problem I noticed from England's performance is that they just seemed to freeze when they saw the chance to shoot on the Germany goal or when they entered the German 18 yard box.

Oh, and Andy Cole was offside a few times as well :)

Although I think Kevin Keegan resigned after the game was a tad premature because he surely must have realised the problems this may cause when the team fly off to Finland for the game in midweek. :eek:

He quit now because if he had gone to finland and lost the the sh1t he would of got would have been enormous but he did the right thing in my eyes.

Yep we played sh1te...but how can Keegan leave out the leagues top goalscorer Phillips...he couldn't have done any worse than over rated Owen (he scores one great goal, and suddenly he's Pele!):smokin:

the problem was there was no service from midfield, the 2 players that carry the team were not 100% fit (yes you all know who they are). to the guy who said andy cole should be shot at dawn, how can you say that? he was trying to create stuff but had no service, wtf do you expect? even "the golden boy" (snicker) owen showed his true colours by hardly touching the ball and ****ing himself and cocking up our best chance of the game, if cole should be shot at dawn owen should be skined alive and dipped in boiling oil, cole and philips should be up front

Why oh why do all England managers have a blind faith in the Neville brothers?? Dammit they are a pile of sh!t.

It's about time that we saw some of the superb U21 side being integrated into the senior squad. Their recent record shames that of the seniors. Cole, Bramble, Dunn, Smith etc deserve a go at the higher level.
