Unable to log on to WP3

After i provide my username and password i am immediately presented with a blank internet explorer page and the WP3 icon disapears.

Any ideas?

I get this as well just now.

Cant access wireplay 3 at all.

Gives "server timed out" error

Leave it running to see if this appears.

If it does then youll have to wait until it is sorted

Hi All,

I was playing last night and experienced somre problems with regard to server timing out. However found that I could reconnect afer a about twenty seconds.

Are any of you stll having problems logging onto the Wireplay 3 service.

i can't even log in

i try but my password won't work, and i can't change it cause it won't allow me to connect to the database.

this is becoming annoying as I have a clan session on saturday and if i can't log in, then me and my clanmates will not be happy.

I downloaded the latest version of WP3 - i think this was where is was being re-directed too when the blank page came up!

Hi,

The logon service was restarted last night automatically at 11.27. So this could be the problem.

If it had failed, it could have taken all the cpu on the box and thus affected the web server, hence the white page.

Good news in all though, the service in it's entirety has been them most stable overnight since we launched.

It hasn't hit peak period (the weekend) yet but last night I saw some 360 users online.

There is of course still room for improvement :E

yup it was without a doubt the best night yet.

I had no problems with anything.

Testing shall be extensive over the weekend
