Gamepro's - Online and here to help!!!

Hi all,

Just to remind everyone about what gamepro's are and where we can be found.

First off , a gamepro is a volunteer, we aren't gameplay.com employees.

We are online from 8-10pm Monday - Friday and 6pm-10pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

We are there to help anyone who has any online gaming problems with regard to the gameplay system. we will be more than happy to help you setup games and offer suitable advice where possible on remedies to problems.

we hope to extend the hours gamepro's so that we are more available.

You will always know a gamepro, basically because we all have the name gamepro in front of our normal online names.

I need help i can't go to chat room coz i have error message saying can login Y does it do that. Don't know if this your area or if you read this .

The best people to ask about logins are going to be the helpdesk, I can only put it down to either an incorrect username/password or one of the various timeout problems we get at weekends.

I would suggest trying to create a new nickname and see if that works. if you still have problems then contact the helpdesk
