In your rules document you forgot to mention how the scoring would work and which version of CS we will be using

Versions of CS are updated constantly. We are currently running 6.6 and 7.1 at various sites to see which performs consistent over the lan. Bets are 7.1 wins.

Scores will be added together from both halves for final score.
