Would some kind soul talk me through setting up a multilink connection for 128k :)

I have Home Highway, a BT Speedway internal TA (unfortunate I know), and have been trying to get a 128k connection working. I have an isp that supports 128k because we use them at work. Would really appreciate someone giving me a step by step on setting it up.
