My First Flight

Just played AA for the first time tonight in FFA Rookies and a Mighty Fine time was had by all, especially Yours Truly. I've heard a lot of chat about the game being addictive and such, and tend to agree with those comments having now given it a jolly good go.

There were 4 of us in Rookies, all new, and not one instance of runwaying occurred. I had not a jolly clue what the hell I was doing, at first flying too high to be able to see anyone else below.

I have to admit to being the worse one there, the "map" baffling me, but I did manage 1 kill during the session, after someone else had fragged him to pieces probably.

It was a Mighty Fine Chocks Away night, and methinks more of the same will be forthcoming. I wouldn't hesitate in reccommending friends to AA, 'tis a jolly good spiffing game, what, what?

I followed me mate, intending to get a lovely burst up his jacksie when I hit the edge of the scenery, apparently. Don't know what happened, but I seem to have entered another Arena which was totally empty. That was when I logged, just as well, since I'd probably still be playing now if I hadn't.

Ahh, I think your m8 lost his connection and left u in arena alone. Hit the "L" key and look at left hand side for
"Player ABCDE has left arena, possible lost connection". If this is the case quit all the way out & come back in. The arenas are reset @ 09:00 so on a Sat Sun morning this will happen.
