I ask as we seem to be having very similar problems with Openworld. I phoned yesterday and was told the usual 'it's still with the engineers' and that I should call next week for an update. Next week will be 2 weeks since it was installed :(
Have you had any better luck?

Still not working :(When the engineers came on Wednesday morning thay told me the fault was being refered to the exchange and to ring 151 to check on its progress.
That was a couple of days ago and when I ring 151 they cant give me any further information on when it will be resolved.
Next call I make is going to be to the complaints department.
My frustration has turned to anger and I'm gonna give em a piece of my mind.

Read the quote below from Floyd. If he does join a clan, then he is going back on his words.

"Just been reading the post from phil about
him being booted from his clan.
And it reminds me of why I dont want to be in
a clan.
CS is just a game and I dont want to have to deal with nonsense like that, ever!!
I just enjoy logging on for a game when
I FEEL LIKE IT, not because some ponsey clan
leader says there's 'praccy'. I dont know any of the CS lot personally, and its best left like that i think. So I dont have to deal with any of the nonsense that could turn a game that I enjoy into something
that gets personal between someone i dont
even know."

But you never know. I wonder what he will make of this???

Why bring that up gunga?
I posted that a long time ago, and this ADSL clan does just seem to be a bit of a laugh(not to be taken too seriously)
so yes I am up for that.

Congrats FLOYD. Mine is still down, and I have no confidence in it being any different this week. Even when it is fixed I probably won't know for sometime as I'm back on the standard analogue rack now. Will probably take a couple of weeks and many phone calls to get swithced back over once it's repaired ;)

Homer,
I dont know if it is mere coinsidence but, the night before
it started working I was really angry when I phoned BT and really kicked up a stink.
Time for you to get angry I think, it might just work.

Well over a couple of days where I had no line at all I did just that. I had a go at Openworld, Openworld support and BT faults with the result being that my line was moved from the ADSL to standard rack at the exchange. Out of interest, which dept. did you speak to?

Openworld tech support, but when the fault was found at the exchange I rang 151 and had a go at them to speed up the repairs.
Good luck m8, it is worth the wait :)
