ISDN costs

I guess this has gotta be the place to ask. I have more hope ofp issing fire than getting ADSL or cable in my area and want a better connection than my current dial up ISP.
What's the best deal on ISDN atm? And what do I need to set it up?
I intend to hammer it day and night :)
