When shall i duel class my Kensai?

atm.. hes lvl 10... and im not sure when i should duel class him... should i do it when im about lvl 18-20? or 14-16? Duel class to MAGE.. forgot to say that.. DOH! :homer: THIS IS ME. FAT AND LAZY AND STUPID.

Bear in mind you lose any abilities the first class has when you dual class; have to get to a higher level with your second class before they return (so if you dual at 18th level, you have to get to 19th as mage before the first class' abilities return).

I'm not 100% sure you can even dual class if you're playing as a kit (which a Kensai is) - not tried it though so it might be OK :).

Lets see cap =2.95 million


lvl 10 kensai 500,000 exp allows mage at lvl 16 can cast up to 8 lvl spells(only 1)

lvl 11 kensai 750,00 exp allosw mage at lvl 15 mage can cast up to 7 lvl spells (only 1)

lvl 12 kensai 1 million exp allows 1vl 15 mage

lvl 13 kensai 1.25 million allows lvl 14 mage can cast upto lvl 7 (1 spell)


it's poinless to duel at 11 cos u can still reach a lvl 15 mage if u duel at 12.

dueling later will mean better fighter abilities but u wont reach thise hiher lvl spells.

I'll duel at lvl 10 so I could cast atleast 1 8th lvl spell.
youll only reach lvl 16 mage if u start duelling when you have 500,000-700,00 exp any more and you wont be able to reach a lvl 16 mage and fall short on 15.
