Ok it is going great guns as ive said b4.
just a couple of items that may be niggly in future

We propped a game and accepted four players. The client wouldnt launch if i accepted a fith person, Ok not a problem i thought 2.3 only done the same. But upon entering the game the fith person also managed to enter even though he was not accepted.
This wasnt aproblem for us being the only prop. But under tourney conditions it may be. i will report back after Sunday.

Oh by the way the game played very well indeed even with 5 players. A very small amount of lagg crept in at high units build, so if you could just sqeeze it to 6 mebee. Nah only joking. Thanks for your efforts guys it is great so far. And some of the old faces have returned to see what all the fuss is about.

If the played wasn't accepted he shouldn't have been sent the prop owner's ip. I shall check this. Unless of course he found out your ip by other means :E.

Thanks for the info. I'm still seeing oddities in the logs though (I've got all the peer 2 peer scripts logging what they do, so i can see who's doing what and when :E), like people not being able to delete props. But I think this could be due to the allowing of weird characters in the description etc which perhaps we should disallow.

Anyway, I'm writing a peer 2 peer loader that should be able to simulate multiple proposals/joins/accepts etc, so perhaps I can find these last few oddities.

As for 6 in TA .. i'll ask ;-p

I have rolled back the version of perl for the script engine so hopefully the web server will be more stable. It went down twice last night (it stops executing the scripts and hence peer 2 peer buttons do nothing).

It stayed up tonight :-)

Do you ever sleep m8? Or do you work on WP3 24hrs a day? :cheese: Are you gonna claim making this post as overtime? :)
