i was needing to bye a new game and everone says bd2 is ace and it is a must have but is i like ultima online the second age i liked second age but i want to know what bd2 offers and is it better that unltima online

*Buy it!* Well, BG2 is a completely different game to Ultima Online. BG2 is mainly a single-player game (yeah, there's a multiplayer mode, but it still follows the single-player storyline). Still, if you're a fan of RPGs you should buy it anyway, if only for the engrossing plot, huge wealth of subquests, excellent NPC interaction... need I go on?

it is well worth buying, not so suited tyo online gaming as ultima online.. but an amazing single player game.. :)
it's better at single player, and offers a huge seamless landscape in which to explore and develop your character.. :)

well worth buying, but i would guess that we are obviously goiung to be a little bit biased seeing as we are on this forum.. so have a look around, and check out some of the reviews of it also :)

UO is a completely different barrel of gnomes. BG2 is a massive single player asventure with hundreds of sub quests, npcs and an extremely well concieved and enthralling plot... been playing it for 2 weeks and i aint even half way through it yet... the only other game possibly worth buying instead at the moment would be Red Alert 2 in a few weeks maybe.... or maybe that Ion Storm one.... the one i really cant rememeber the name of :eek: (not diakatana...the other one).
