Whats this i hear about Gameplay going into game making?

A m8 of mine says that Gameplay r gonna start making games! Is this true? and what sort of games?

I know they're going to be developing for x-box, and they've got an actually rather large collection of web-based mini games already :)

Which are ace fun when your bored :D

We seem to be leaning towards the whole online, multi-portal thing so don't expect to see us developing FPS's to compete with TFC2 or anything :)

We've got a massively multiplayer game called 'online pirates' (working title) in development and i think that the funding given to other projects is gonna depend, at least partly, on the success of pirates so support it ;)

So yeah... Xbox we are going to be helping with the Multi-Player side of things - just think multiplayer when you hear that were developing.

We hope to be able to offer games across multiple platforms in the future - I.E. someone on a WAP phone could be playing against someone on a PC or an IDTV set. Obviously this tends to lend itself to turn-based games rather than Counter-Strike coz the PC'd thrash the other platforms every time but like i say - this is all in the future.

If you want to show your interest just keep using Wireplay as it will definitely play a big part in the future of all this.
