ADSL Tomorrow - CS Rates , Pushlatency ?

I get my ADSL installed tommorrow and was wondering if anyone with ADSL could tell me what they found to be the best rate and pushlatency on Counter-Strike

I'm on 128/512 cable so close enough.

I used to use 25000, then i changed to 15000 then i changed to 8000. I havent noticed any difference due to the fact that the packet loss on NTL is mad :)

I would say 10000 rate and see how it feels. Better to have a slightly higher ping and very low packet loss. Don't want rate too low though or you'll probably not be accepting perfectly good packets.

NTL cable modem 25-45 ping 50-100% packet loss :laugh:
