Can anyone tell me why WP3 launches Q2 and AQ2 in compatibilty mode?

I suppose I should just be glad it's not crashing every time I try and launch a game (which was what the previous build was doing!)

compatibility mode = **** mode wazza small window low resolution and basiacaly everything is turned down to miniumum

as far as i am aware WP3 shouldnt set up the game any differently!! try looking at your internal settings in Q2, if it carries on try reinstalling WP3


btw i am probably completely wrong here but it *may* work

whats the spec of you machine? it works fine in on my system. you got any 3rd party openGL driver's like GL_setup installed? if so try removing them and reinstalling the latest ones for gfx card

Met. I also have the same problem with wp3 client. I have a mx gts.
