I have had two calls since Saturday from Big Thief, one saying I passed the line test and today's one, left on the answerphone, saying I had failed. What a joke BT have become. I almost died with shock when they actually called me off tehir own steam but if they are just going to say the first thing they think of I wish they would not bother.
Their Order Management Number took 1h 20 too get through to today. What a bunch of lazy gits, I recon they only have about 4 or 5 ppl working in that slum-why should they give a **** when they have the cc#'s.
When I got through I was told they could not tell me why this had happened because the computers were "down". What a lie, I have heard that excuse so many times now- I think its their standard response when they don't know what to do.
Considering the line test took 13 days, there is no way I am going to accept them doing another.
Anyone else had BT be stupid enough to call twice with different test results?
