Cable Modem on its way???

Last Wednesday (11th), I registered my interest on the blueyonder website, but still there is no reply from them. I'm just wondering if this kinda delay is normal or is something up. I really dont want to be waiting eternity for it.

Well, assuming that they have actually rolled out BY HSI in your specific area, you might be better phoning them direct. BY Customer Services is on 0800 953 1000 ;)

it took them about 3 weeks to call me but at the time i wasnt in a hurry so call em on above No. its about 2 weeks
till install from the order i get mine on 7th nov
but thats to fit in with work
im gettin giddy already
