I really :X my M$ Intellieye Explorer moose - the one with no ball. It's a great piece of kit and has loads of buttons that are user configuarable.
Highly reccomended.
Go with the MS Intellimouse Explorer, it's one of the few things Microsoft have done right :E
I won a Boomslang playing Q3, i already had a MS Explorer, (Big silver one with the eye).
I sold the Boomslang to my m8 'cause tbh the MS one is a better all round mouse. But the Boomslang packaging is excellent. (Comes in a tin and the blurb says 'this is NOT your Mother's Mouse!') :)

I've got an Explorer too, and it's never given me a single problem. Top Mouse :)
Don't think this lets you off, Bill Gates. You're still a :monkee:

Ummmmm...
Microsoft Intellimouse Optical :E
its like the silver one but in white and for left and right hands
I got one of these mice (or mouses) and they r great....but i have 2 questions bout them......1) when u move the mouse really quicky do they get confused (mine does) and 2) if u want to use the thumb buttons in quake 3 for something like crouching u can't leave the buttons assigned to back and forward in windows....u have to assign to something like shift...then assign that in quake....is that right?
Cheers
you can setup the keys in quake 3 but use button 4 (or whatever mouse button) for duck, jump or whatever
your windows settings will stay the same

My vote goes with the Micro$oft Optical explorer jobbies too :E Mine doesn't seem to suffer from confusion with schidzoid wrist movements either Boycee :naughty: Maybe I just don't have my mouse sensitivity to set to 4 trillion
One thing I have found though is I had to try a few mouse mats before settling on one that was spot on for feel, use and lack of mouse dance (where the pointer jumps back'n'forth without you using the mouse) :hmph:
