Well, since you replied my last post, saying that I only sit here and moaning and do nothing.

I phone BT up almost everyday to check if they have fixed the new problem (noise), and ringing up BT engineers seeking for advice.

You said that "...there is a lost thing you can do in this situation ..." then why do you show me some? something that i haven't done yet?
