Has anyone else done Valygar's quest?

Has anyone done it? Cause me is stuck! THe problem is... where do i take the demon's heart? I talked to Lavok and he said go to the engine room.. i dont have a clue where it is? if anyone knows. please describe the room. thx! oh and i see this door that i cant open next to all the runes on the ground and the mini globe... how do u open it?

If you look closely at the signs on the floor they sort of represent numbers 1-4,just stand on them in that order and it will open the door to the lower chamber's there you will meet 2 hostile cowl wizards and some pretty nasty monsters and the engine room.

My bro said he killed Valygar and got a ring.. I killed tolgerias and got a ring of... DOH! forgot the name! I had problems getting to engine room but i got through thanks to my elementals! I love them!

I accepted the wizards quest but then double crossed em. Now got the V man in me party. Done his quest and i gotta say he is pretty damn good. Two katanas and heavily sooped up, well placed in the front line hacking away.

i'm using valygar as a dual tank with Minsc and both together seem to be doing a pretty good job :)

haer'dalis is da man wid da twin sharp pointy sword thingies and has a far sillier name, and thus is far better all-round. Valygar kept gettin killed cos he had an armopur class of 50 or something stupidly high like that.
