When I switch on my computer my modem says it has connected, but when i start internet explorer it makes me connect. I didnt recieve my welcome pack and i saw on the website that the software it replaces your dial-up software. This could be the problem, every1 who has the exact same problem tell me whether u recieved your welcome pack.
