TNT2 M64

Ive got NVIDIA TNT2 M64 and seem to be having framerate problems. Can you suggest the best drivers to use for this card and the download location.

I use a regular TNT2 chipset and use the Nvidia detonator 3 drivers (v6.31) which you can get from http://www.nvidia.com/products.nsf/htmlmedia/detonator3.html

They haven't caused any problems for myself and the manual says they support TNT 2 M64 chipset.

I think the best drivers you can get for that card are the ones who drive the council bin lorries.

I had one for about 6 months but they are poo. I got a brand new Geforce 256 SDR for £55 - Quake 3 now gives me 60fps at full detail whereas the M64 gave me 15!!!!!

Dump it mate, you'll be amazed at the difference a decent card makes to yer games.

Damned M64s again ... unfotunately m8 you are always going to have frame rate problems with these cards ... dodgy vut down versions of the original TNT2 and packaged up to look like Ultras :(

Your best bet to get decent fps is not to be too ambitious with these things - 16bit colour and 640x480 I'm afraid :(

M64 = Crap OEM cutdown version card.

I had one and my HL/Q3/UT Frames were crap, got a GF2 and now they rock :)
