Updates???

When I try to run an internet game of Half-Life I get an message which says that my executable file/Team Fortress file is out of date and I can't log on. When it tries to update from the web I get a message that there are no updates available. I have Half-Life v1101 and Team Fortress v1.5. Any clues about a solution???

You'se probably best off asking in either the half-life/Team fortress or helpdesk forums.

Don't get offended (I've seen this problem before and the answer was this) - but have you got the retail version of Half-Life installed? I recently talked to one guy who had downloaded the latest Half-Life patch and Counter-Strike Beta 7.1 and was wondering why they weren't working - turned out he hadn't actually got half-life...

If that's not the solution :P then try running Half-Life's auto-update facility and see if that fixes things.
