have u ppl ever been to the Oz wp site? like when u goto the www.wireplay.com (http://www.wireplay.com) instead of .co.uk.they all have cable modems and something called direct download (DD) (what ever that is) according to there forums. WP ppl have u ever thought to set up some servers and let there be country to country tournies? say OZ vs UK? seeing as they have good connections it might be cool to have them get on to our servers for matchs. Instead of the Ryder cup it could be the Kaiser sozey cup or the Mr vista cup! lol
neway it is just another dumb idea from me which would prob never work!

They aint complaining about BT cos they are complaining about the monarchy http://www.wireplay.co.uk/ubb/teeth.gif When thats gone, it will come to BT http://www.wireplay.co.uk/ubb/smile.gif (if it exists over there?)

You may be interested to know...

1) We thought about transglobal gaming (cool huh?) when we started talking to Telstra (the OZ WP owner) a couple of years back.. should be OK for latency tolerant games, but naff for LPB games because the speed of light is too darn slow http://www.wireplay.co.uk/ubb/smile.gif

2) There are interesting commercial arrangements in place between us.... I couldn't possibly comment about these!

3) Dreamcast with Wireplay on it would be cool wouldn't it? It rather depends on the availability of good network games though.. keep on bugging Sega about it!!
