The staring, stone,
cold, cold eyes.
They frown,
they see all.
They watch.

Out of my reach,
I try, and I try.
But still they watch.
They pierce the dark.
The deadly stare,
a sharp knives edge.
They watch.

Through the clouds,
the fog,
the wind,
the snow.
They watch,
ever present.
I feel the cold,
I shiver.
I cry.
That deadly stare,
the greatest pain.
I'm ever afraid.

For they see all,
they know all,
they watch.

Gawd im hogging this damn forum :)

lol, well i dont know where this one came from.
I was at school today, and well, I made eye contact with someone (i dont know them, just a coincidence that our eyes were looking in that particular direction), then this hit me.

Funny where inspiration can come from. Take a minute to look around, I can almost fall into a trance and everything slows down sometimes.

Weird or what :D

Very interesting, it reminds me of the Watchers in that tower at the entrance to Mordor, in Lord of the Rings. This must be what paranoia feels like... *shiver* :)

i feel shivers when I read this poem, i can image two red eyes staring through the blackness.

Its eerie. And its unsettling.

I guess why I like it so much.

Plenty inspiration to be found on all hallow's eve.
