And then you left, you flew away
you seat lies empty and bare.
You never even said goodbye.
You never even cared.

Your face is but a memory,
Its Faded in my mind.
I'll never forget that cold, cold day.
For I was left behind.

And then you left, you've gone away,
So very far away.
You heart still beats but whats the point.
Its force I'll never sway.

That day you left, the clouds were black.
It rained a thousand rains.
I wont let go, So stay with me.
And cease this endless pain.

For years, we were all one,
We could all laugh and cry with each-other,
Sit down to dinner on a daily basis.
It seemed eternity was our friend.
But one of our number thought not,
The one was needed,
Our collective must be.
The one saw others beyond our maternal circle,
Beyond persuasion, their eyes set,
Set off for independence.
And so we carry on,
Hearts may ache with what we once had,
Holes in our life, impossible to fill.
Part of us gone, a fragment of personality,
And our individuality shows through uncertainly.
And so all ends and begins,
Nothing lasts forever.

Thoughts greet in a place of sanctity,
Pouring feeling,

From nowhere, others join,
Making an idea a reality.

Forming a mind-world where all are welcome.
And all must stay.
