Right....several things - I've heard the trent is on flood alert - how will this affect the tournament and what will you do if it does flood?

Secondly - What will happen if team members are delayed by the Rail Problems or motorway delays? If team members are delayed will there be any chance of swapping matches into a later slot?

Hmm, yeah, kinda like a question I wanted to ask... What happens if one of the teams doesn't show? Do their opponents get a bie, or do they face a reserve team?

Access to Nottingham by Rail and Road were fine as of today. We have been assured by BR and RAC that there should be no specific problems for this Saturday.

A phone number will be emailed to all team captains tomorrow to call if they are delayed. We will attempt to ensure that all late comers are catered for, at a later slot in the first round. If a team fails to show, then their opponent will receive a bie.

The weather is a problem but one we cannot forecast (ho ho).

Just get up that bit earlier and thank god that a) its not in London and b) from January we will have 6 sites around the UK all linked by 2MB lines so you can just go to your local arena for any competition.
