Hi,
Well, the thread says it all really.
The rest of the cast must really be envious of James Marsters. He gets the best lines, hes completely evil, but is loved by the fans as an anti hero....
He rox btw.

ME thinks he aint going to kill 4 a while with that thing in his head!
/me hates people who brag about knowing the plotlines for the whole of this series and the next, and then proceed to spoil it for you despite your asking them not to :(

Well, todays episode was certainly a twist... :rolling:
The scene between Spike and Willow tonight was certainly one of the most memorable ones, and one of those wierd times that makes Buffy what it is :)
He does get some of the best lines, but also delivers them perfectly.

Unfortunatley, as awesome a character as Spike is in season 2, season 3 (even if his only appearance is in `Lover's Walk`, and the earlier season 4 episodes (`In The Harsh Light of Day` and `The Initiative` specifically), he really gets boring towards the end of season 4...methinks the writers just didn't quite know what to do with him :(

To get them both comforting each other is just a classic moment :)

but how come Spike can eat normal food and Angel cant?
Might be a lame question.. but My wife followed this series.... and now I'm stuck to them :P
but when Angel goes normal he eats a lot cause he couldnt before. But Spike eats all the time... whats that about?

Pity he's not 6 feet below us.
Anyway Xander's clearly the best character, he gets as many lines as Spike and hes the 'normal guy' the loser, the one that we can all relate to.

Spike having his own series would be bad. Buffy is already suffering from the loss of Angel. If Spike left also he too would have to take key cast members with him ie Dru, probably another key member as well to help his series get over - do well.
It just depleting the things that made Buffy good in the first place.
I agree we need to know more about him, his past. I think the best way to solve it would be to let him have an episode to himself.
Buffy and the gang could be on a school outing or something. What do ya think?

Well apparently in Buffy series 5/Angel series 2 thers a whole episode about spike and angels past, supposedly spike has killed two slayers and we find out about that.

Good. I episodes on Buffy where it went into Angel's past were really good. It really helps you understand what each character is going through and why they are doing what they are doing.
This is the series Sky will be showing soon, right?!?
Well i aint got Sky :bigcry: but probibly. It really isnt a spoiler cos i read it on ign from thier review of that ep. Its not like i told which major characer gets the chop is it??
