Best way of getting rid of a cold?

I have got a really annoying cold, and I can't speak properly either, do u guys have any tips on how to rid of a stuffed up nose?

I dunno about cures, but apparently there's something a girl can do for a bloke that :naughty:, should she choose to take a certain course of action during the act :naughty: (named after a bird) will improve her resistance to colds. :naughty:

Something to do with high zinc content among other things. :naughty:
