bloody NDO........grrr

I have my site and domain registered and hosted with NDO for over a year now and they only go and make it so that you can access the FTP via there dialup, *******s :angry:

Now i have some lovvvly webspace curtesy of sprite-network.com and i was wondering how easy it would be to get NDO to point the domain in the direction of sprite-networks servers?
