Sorry its been a long time but here is review number 2
the episode is the one where they get eggs to look after in class.
Basically buffy is threatened by a western style vampire who with his brother want to kill her , but willow , zander etc... they get eggs to look after in class but these eggs are prehistoric alien eggs which hatch and cling to the back of the human. There is a BIG mother alien under the school zander and buffy are the only 2 not turned into alien zombies and try to stop the mother alien in the end they do
