Rookie pilots.........we need em.....

It struck me tonight that those of us that have played crimson for the last couple of weeks are considerably better than the newbies who are now arriving to play Crimson.(understandably) :)
i reckon we should be trying to help these guys/gals, by not taking advantage of thier lack of practise and familiarity with the game.
Perhaps we could organise a rookie night, where we all fly the same plane, and basicaly try and help the newcomers.
