A friend of mine is having trouble calibrating his joystick in the peripherals menu of Air Attack. The instructions tell him to move the stick to the top lefthand corner and click on a joystick button but nothing happens and same when he moves it to the bottom righthand corner.
Can this be some incompatibility between joystick and the software ? if so what !
Not sure what joystick my friend is using but can find out if need be.
Any help would be appreciated.

There have been numerous reports of problems with the Saitek Cyborg and AA; there does seem to be an issue there. That said, I think they have all been "worked around", so keep this thread at the top, and one of the many Cyborg users will no doubt spot it and give you the answer.

I posted the original thread about my friends problem yesterday, since then I've talked to him and asked him what type of stick he uses. All he knew was that it was a Quickshot Joystick but he did say that he could calibrate the stick within windows own gaming options setup without any trouble but still refuses to calibrate with the Air Attack setup.
I have the Saitek Cyborg and have no problem setting it up which seems at odd with other peoples experiences with this joystick ?
It all seems to be a bit of an hit or miss affair when trying to setup your joystick within Air Attack.
