Are Buffy SV and Angel SII spoilers allowed?

I know some sites are quite strict about this, but are Buffy season 5 and Angel season 2 new allowed on this forum?

Its probably best not to stick them half way down another thread though. But if fits in perhaps give a warning at the top of your post, then leave a little gap :)
