Ive got a 56.6k modem on BT3 and my speed is crap. I down- load at 1.1k per sec or so and when the little internet icon in the bottom rite hand corner of the screen is clicked it has about 30,000bps on top. Wot dus this no. mean? is it anything 2 do with speed? On my old cpu wiv same modem and isp it was 45,000 or so and down-loaded at 4k per sec. How can i improve my speed generally. Help!!!
