Monkey 4 Help

Hi Guys

I'm stuck already on Monkey Island 4.

In the Mystes o' Tyme Swampe I cannot open the gate. I've got the clock, the directions and the key but for some reason I cannot use my inventory to use the key on the gate.

Can anyone help.....please?

My brain is turning to jelly.

Don't worry guys I've sorted it out.

It seems that Monkey 4 is quite buggy. When I reloaded the game I could use my inventory and therefore the key so everything was fine.

Hope they bring out a patch soon with all the bug fixes.

How's things mate?

And you know I wouldn't normally resort to getting help. I wouldn't have needed it if the game had not got so many bugs. I knew what I was doing all along....the game just wouldn't let me !!!!

BTW I've now completed the game. 5 days....not bad eh?!

PS There's a patch on the Lucasarts site now with a lot of the bug fixes.
