My Diamond Supra Exspress 56 e PRO is messed up

I bought a Diamond Supra express 56e pro (no internal software rubbish) and it doesnt seem to perfrom at like any elses i know or how other peopel describe it.

it refuses to conect at any higher than 40,000 bps and when it does hit this its a miracle. I normaly connects at 36,600 to all my connections, my freecall 24-7 one, my Demon Connection and WPD.

I have tried the init string mikita said she used for her modem but that just made it connect at nothiong fater than 21,600 bps!

In counter strike i get a 200 + ping most the time using pushlatnecy -100 and rate 4000. It is also very unstable with lrage packet loss lasting about 15 seconds evry 4 or so miunutes making it almost unplayable.

I know i dont have a DAC unit on my phone line and it is a proper seperate line. The phone lines around cant be incredibaly bad becuase UCO Mav who lives next door gets a syable 120 ping with his supra.

I have also installed the latest software from the UK diaomnd site and to no avail.

SO does any 1 know what the problem is becuase as you can guess it is very very anoying.

Sorry if someone else has already told you to do this but go to http://www.lagless.com and tweak your modem to pieces. If that doesn't work then come back. It could be your port speed that's not letting you get higher than 40k.

and now it didnt help, and i cant find any init strings on there it just refers to them

right now it connects at 14,000 to 28,000 bps !!! what is wrong with it :(

How many phones connected in your house m8?
Take 'em all out and just connect your modem to main connection box
also remove all init strings first in case they affect it
you can always put 'em in again after
You should have no more than 4 (including modem)

i have same modem ,when i have phone in it only connects at 42667 but remove phone and a constant 45333

Not good m8 :( . I only connect at 44000 as well sometimes i get 45333 but at least I get a 130/150 ping in q2 wich is much better than the old 320/340 crap I used 2 get with my PCtel modem . Have u had BT 2 check the line if not get them 2 do this and they will phone u back 2 say if there is a falt. Also have u had the gain increased on the line it wont make a lot of diff but u never know . Are u using any lines between pc and socket is so try plugging pc straight into the socket that way u know if it is the lines u are using . If this dosent work try a diff isp ask your m8 next door if u can use his . And if this dosen't work icq me on 92912254 and I will try and help some more. BUZZ. ;)
