Security and FLF?

Ello again.
Sorry for soopid questions but thats me for you.
Ive played a fair few games online and as such always have a mind to keep my computer secured (well as much as it can be) against hackers. When i play sof/kingpin/cs(oo bad me) i get a few wireplay pings ect reported in my fire wall. usualy after quiting i get around 6-10 attemps againt my computer (this is normal im told).
I played FLF on wp a day ago and when i quit i had a quick glimps at my firewall log. it said it had stoped 60 attacks (or would be) against my computer. whats up with that? Is it a open port prob via FLF? Any body know why this is going on?

Hmm...not being someone particularly security minded when it comes to the Internet, this is quite a disturbing possibility...anyone got any thoughts?

I haven't noticed anything like that, and run two firewalls soo.

no. see thats my worry. it seems to be just now and then. It seems alot of activity for playing a game. Im used to getting pinged now and then but 50 to 60 times seems a bit excesive.

well i onlt got pinged three time in three hours, makes a fookin change from the 60 odd little gits per hour i usually get.
