Ok peeps...

Those of you who dont know me I am the CL for Half Life and at this present time FLF is under my umberella (oo err) ;)

What has to be done now (in the next 2 weeks)...

We have to work out if this MOD is going to stand up for itself with its own community and Club Captain. This is no yes or no answer at the moment we must test the water.

We must get a team of Admins sorted now cos already the ******s are starting come on to the servers. I need people that are not going to let me down and I maybe looking at existing Half Life ADMINS (TFC CS DM FA OP4) to help me.

Once you have established yourselfs and a CC is appointed (from you all agreeing) we then should start looking at competitions..

You may think who the hell is this guy telling us what to do.... Well I have been around for a long long time and its part of my responsiblity to get this up and running and to make sure that the right CC, ADMINS and comps are in place... Then you wont see me again :)

Its exactly what we did with Fire Arms..

You may hate me to start with but your love me in a few months when you have a hearty community and I have buggered off back to my look out post:)

Afternoon :)

Well if first impressions suggest it will last the test of time, a lot of established gamers coming over from DM/CS/TFC ét al so hopefully, muppets will be in the minority and we should have a flourishing community on our hands. That and regular support from the FLF team ( the fact a new patch is due out on monday already is a very good sign ). I would be happy to contribute in anyway i can, especially to the admin team, i know how frustrating it is to have to endue a barrage of insults from random muppet no. 47 :)

Whatever you need just let me know, im here to stay, looks like its gonna be big....

Must admit, we dont want some of the morons form CS coming over, I think we need to establish a strong team of admins to sort of overpower those gimps coming over to just p1ss everyone off.

Once we get a server on WP then ALOT more morons will be coming over..

Leagues is another thing, with some good fun leagues running should encourage a few more teams to move on over to our community and have a go ( if they think there hard enough ) :E



BTW. Is it just Gamespy servers that run FLF ??

Havnt seen many servers around for it, cant wait form some wireplay ones to kick off... Would OWN big time with a load of us...

Excellent plan.

Unfortunately, any mod of any status (and I think will agree that Frontline is big business) is going to have its fair share of muppets...but the trick is to get a dedicated core of willing admins and general authority figures, and get things going as soon as possible.

For the record, Tarby's right about maybe initially going for established admins. I know that to those of you who aren't already admins for a mod this attitude might seem a little unfair, but Tarby's completely correct - he needs people he can trust, and who better than existing and trained admins.

Anyway, the very fact that you've got a plan is inspiring m8...here's hoping it all comes off :)
