Um, there really isn't any point me putting up a direct link. That guide IS a direct copy of the official FLF manual - the manual is available from FLF.com, the guide from FLF.net, both of which ARE linked to from my site.

More than that, go and open up your FLF directory. See a folder called Manual? Open it, and select the .html file...hmm, suspiciously familiar, isn't it? :)
