USR fax data modem

hi
i have the usr external version of the modem, the problem is that no matter what strings i stick in, the connection speed is always 45,333k, does anyone know whats going on??
my current string is
at&u31&n37&h1&f1
used
at&n32, but to no effect

Could be to do with your ISP? mail them and ask them.

nah it isn't
cos i have bt3 and also ntl, and when i use my supraexpress vcc internal, i can get connection speeds of 48k

.........try it with or with error correction, latest drivers etc

Also use the string to see the ACTUAL conn speed, aw I dunno just throwing suggestions in the air :{
