HIGH PING, HELP....!

Serious problem!, something has happened because i have just started getting 400-500 ping. (i normally get 180-250). I thought it was NTL world problems again, but i got the wireplay dialler and i get 320-400 on that!,

please help, sommin aint right!

PS - i have new drivers etc..
