After the overindulgence, drunkeness and general frivolity that comes with the festive season, what better way to settle into the New Year than with a big LAN party? An ideal place to try out all your new games and hardware, and get into the flow of the 2001 gaming calendar.
The makers of the i-series LAN party events bring you "NewbLAN", a 260 player fest in the plush Newbury Racecourse Venue over 27-28 January, 2001. Our superfast, fully switched network gives you low-ping, high-bandwidth gaming, enabling you to play multiplayer games the way they should be. If the gaming isn't enough, these events are great social gatherings of gamers. The bar is as much a focal point as the PCs, with many clans and online m8s coming along to meet up and play within shouting distance.
