Im building a system for my sister for xmas. just finsished fitting mobo and when i turned it on to test it, all it makes is a noise like a dying wasp, like a crackling noise. its an atx psu and the board is fitted with a k6-2 processor, dont know if any more info is required. could it possibly be the wrong jumper settings?
