Temp monitoring proggies

Anyone point me in the direction of a program for monitering the temp of my system?

well there is mother board monitor which can be found here (http://www.hatman.com/mbm/mbm.htm), or your motherboards manufacturer will often have a small program, if you try their website's download section.

MBM is a good program.... although I think someone said it likes resources.... although im not sure
