er, kinda depends what you want it to do... if you want a wap one i'd say the nokia 7110 is the best (but make sure it's not software version 4.94 as that's pants - ask when you buy it). or the siemens c351 isn't bad.

apparently the nokia 3310 has a kind of kind of sms-chat room thing, and an extra game - a space invaders type thing - but it isn't wapped.
