Zonelabs firewall keeps blocking it from accesing my PC, should I allow it access or let zonelabs continue blocking it??

Got this info by clicking more info on the blocking notification.

looks like an IP address supplier, these peeps probably provide ISPs with IP addresses. Therefore, the addresses being blocked could be anybodies! Drop Ripe a line or email them with the printout and see what they say. They might give you further information on those IP addresses - ie, they will (hopefully) tell you what the IPs are (routers, ISP, user etc) and where they are.
Ths could be something very innocent, but keep it blocked until you know.
If Ripe don't help, try to find out more info yourself on the reported IP addresses, by doing various "whois" searches and maybe a "tracert". There are some good tracking programs about for download that will give you all info you need.

Yeah mate I got the same for a while, there should be an "Abuse" mail addy, drop them a mail and ask them to look at it and see who's trying to Ping or echo ping or FTP whatever ya machine.

IMO a couple of times can be a recently visited webpage/server, more than about 5 is a piss take or didgy, go get them to check it.
