How Long To Arrive

Can anyone tell me how long it took their Cable Modem to arrive from NTL?? i ordered the service over a week ago, the woman didnt know how long it would take, i already have the tv connection on the wall to plug the modem into, all i need is the modem!!

I dont know how much more i can take, i want to be frozen until it arrives so it doesnt drive me insane :)

I think most people get it in about 3 days, phone back and ask to speak to a manager.

You can always jump into your freezer, just remember to tell someone to thaw you out 24 hours before it arrives :)
