Apologies to Gavin if he is away, if this seems like I am having a go at him. I am not, but the e-mail I was sent stated that my requests would be acknowledged, even if he was away, by 'anyone else'

We're changing thing round a bit and adding 3 more people to that list. Not sure when they'll be active, but it should solve problems like this.
